Inspections

The Supplier will notify Optus at least 24 hours in advance of inspections required or requested to be made by Optus or their representative. Where inspections are required by Council or other statutory or public utility Authorities or the Site Provider, the Supplier will give adequate notice as required by those Authorities and notify Optus of same. The Supplier will be solely responsible for ensuring that all such inspections are carried out and where appropriate will provide written certification of such inspections to Optus. Inspections may be undertaken by Optus at any time during the course of the Works.
